Data we collect
- Contact form submissions — name, email, selected audit type, optional filing window, and message content
- Correspondence — emails and call notes related to proposals and engagements
- Engagement records — business contact details and working papers necessary to perform an application audit
- Technical logs — limited server or analytics data if analytics cookies are accepted (see Cookies)
We do not ask for passwords to production systems through the public form, nor for special-category personal data unrelated to an engagement.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to inquiries and preparing proposals (legitimate interests / pre-contract steps)
- Performing contracted audit work and keeping professional records (contract / legal obligations)
- Improving site reliability where analytics are consented (consent)
Retention
Inquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless they become part of an engagement file. Engagement files are retained for seven years unless a longer period is required by law or professional standards. Analytics data, when enabled, follows the durations listed on the cookies page.
Sharing
We share personal data with service providers who host email or store files under confidentiality terms, and with professional advisers when required for an engagement. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
If tools or advisers process data outside Japan, we apply appropriate contractual safeguards and limit transfers to what the engagement requires.
Your rights
Subject to Japanese law and applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold, and you may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing stored preferences and revisiting the banner settings via our cookies page guidance. Contact hello@intelstudio.digital to exercise rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission in Japan.
Security
We apply access controls, least-privilege sharing on engagement files, and encrypted transit for form submissions served over HTTPS on the live site.
