Conditions for using the Intel Studio website and engaging our audit services.
Acceptance
By accessing intelstudio.digital or engaging Intel Studio for an application audit of a compliance reporting application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.
Services described on this site
Descriptions of audits, readiness reviews, remediation verification, and walkthroughs are informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties accept a written proposal or statement of work that states scope, fees, and timing.
Intellectual property
Site content, memoranda templates, and materials we create remain the property of Intel Studio unless a statement of work assigns specific deliverables to you. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without written permission. Client data and evidence you provide remain yours; we use them only to perform the engagement.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, scrape content at a volume that impairs service, or submit false contact information intended to disrupt operations.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Intel Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability is limited as stated in the governing statement of work; where that document is silent, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Japanese law.
No professional guarantee
Audit work reduces uncertainty; it does not guarantee that regulators, statutory auditors, or other third parties will reach the same conclusions, nor that undetected issues are absent outside the agreed scope.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Tokyo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, unless a statement of work specifies a different venue for engagement disputes.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
